Auctioneer’s Note: As Robert has passed, his children have decided to sell his home and personal property at auction. Friday we will sell the personal property on Tract 2, Saturday we will be selling both tracts of real-estate FIRST with the remainder of the personal property to follow. Both sales will start at 10a.m. If it is dry, both sites will have field parking available. Also, on some of the vehicles I initially made an educated guess on the year because doors were locked and we’re still figuring out if we have keys. On sale day you might find there to be some discrepancies on the years. Most vehicles have titles, some do not, please don’t call asking if certain non-running vehicles have titles.
