Auctioneer’s Note: We will be selling the Middle Grove Christian Church, Established in 1843-2022. This church has been a pivotal part of the Middle Grove community for 179 years and will be greatly missed. As a Middle Grove native and alumni, I am honored and sadden to conduct this auction as I have many rich memories in the church. There will be a 5% buyer’s premium added to the real-estate and personal property. All proceeds of the sale and buyer’s premium will be added to the cemetery fund. If you’d like to make additional donations to the cemetery fund, please make those donations payable to “Middle Grove Christian Church Cemetery”.
Auction Terms: A 5% Buyers premium added to all sales, the premium is the churches last fundraiser to benefit the cemetery fund. Not responsible for accidents or theft. Additions and deletions may occur. Announcements on day of sale take precedence over all advertisements. Payment due on day of sale in the form of cash, good check or credit card w/convenience fee.
